Free Consultation You are welcome to schedule a 15 minute free consultation with the doctor. Be sure to specify that you are wanting to schedule the free consultation only when you set up the initial appointment with our staff. This helps us schedule the doctor's time accordingly. When you call, specify either Dr. Roger or Dr. Lorraine.
Initial Office Visit Although there is no charge for the consultation, if not specified, the initial office visit will usually be given a one hour block of time with the patient to include time for the consultation, the exam and diagnostics. (Depending on the complexity of your condition, this may take longer.)
The consultation helps us to determine what you may need. You may discuss the charges for the exam and any tests at that time. We strive to keep our prices well within reasonable and customary.
Payment We are in most BC/BS, Humana,
PHCS, Cigna, & Medicare plans. We are also in CoverTN Blue Network S plans, which include: AccessTN, Cover Kids, and Access Babies.
We file your insurance for you. We ask that you pay your deductible and co-payments as you go. We also take all major credit and debit cards, checks or cash. Special arrangements are available by request.
Chiropractic Care We offer gentle chiropractic care to help any imbalances you may have in your spine. This allows the corresponding disks & nerves to work the way they were designed to work. This improves the performance and integrity of the joints and, since the spinal nerves are so intimately connected, influences your total well being.
The "Ahh Factor" In addition to traditional chiropractic care, we use a gentle adjusting tool called "The Adjustor" and a massage type tool called "the Percussor". Patients and doctors alike are big fans of these.
What's with this Joint Anyway? Other joints can get slightly off balance and need an adjustment. Many patients find instant relief for wrists, elbows, knees, shoulders, and ankles.
X-Ray Diagnostics We have an on-site x-ray facility to evaluate your structure, find the cause of imbalance, and plan a strategy for correction.
Acupuncture Traditional needle acupuncture or non-needle cold laser is available at our office. Traditional or computer generated diagnosis is available.
Nutritional evaluations are available.
Orthotics Computer generated custom foot orthotics are available.
Products Various other products are available to help you on your road to recovery.
